All requests for routine maintenance can be made by calling the management office or by submitting online.
Routine maintenance requested will be addressed as soon as possible and typically within 24 hours. Some requests such as damages caused by residents, fire or weather related damage, pest control, warranty work, etc., may require a longer response and more time to repair.
Emergency maintenance requests include, but are not limited to: broken pipes, overflowing toilets & bathtubs, noxious odors, gas or electric service interruptions and all items which threaten life, health and safety of the apartment residents.
Please contact the property management office if roaches, ants, spiders or bugs have been seen. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to work. If roaches/bugs are seen after two weeks, please notify management for a follow-up treatment.
If the smoke detector activates in your apartment:
Cats, dogs, and service animals are welcome at all Indio Management communities. For non-service animals, there are weight limits, breed restrictions, and a maximum of two pets permitted. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required, and a pet agreement must be executed by both the tenant(s) and landlord. Service animals must be verified with signed documentation by a certified veterinarian. Please call or email Indio Management should you have any questions or require additional information.
*Breed restrictions: Akitas, Bull Mastiffs, Boxers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers), Presa Canarios, Saint Bernards, or Rottweilers.
