Assistant Leasing Coordinator
Searching for candidate with customer service and conflict resolution skills, as well as sales knowledge and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include answering phones and assisting clients, scheduling tours, processing applications, and other projects as they arise.
Previous experience preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining grounds at assigned properties, cleaning the exterior and surroundings of buildings, removing debris, distributing notices to residents, and more.

Make Ready Technician
Previous experience required. Candidates will receive "make ready" assignments including, but not limited to, repairing baseboards and trim, painting, checking and fixing home appliances, repairing holes in walls, re-keying locks, and assisting with grounds maintenance.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in general service or related role. Must be able to quickly assess situations and determine necessary resolution steps. Duties include, but are not limited to, electrical and plumbing repairs, fixing doors, windows, cabinets, appliances, and flooring, repairing leaks, and working with A/C and heating systems.
