About Lower Greenville M-Streets
Historically home to Dallas’ many jazz clubs and lounges, the modern Lower Greenville area now features some of the city’s most talked-about eateries and drinkeries, while the nearby M-Streets offer tree-lined sidewalks only a short distance from the action. The always hopping stretch of the namesake street serves as a dense destination for relaxing nightlife or weekend brunch, and it’s walking distance pretty much anywhere you hang your hat.
Rooftop libations and crafted eats await at the sparingly named HG SPLY Co., while Dude Sweet and its complimentary chocolate samples will ensure you rarely go home without some of the good stuff in a little paper bag. Rest among comfortable junk outdoors at Truck Yard, snag some wax to spin at home from Good Records, or pick up enough cheese and mini shrimp toasts at Trader Joe’s to feed an assortment of neighbors (or just yourself). Up north amongst the M-Streets, catch local and national tunes at the Granada or sample great sushi at The Blue Fish. It’s easy to pop over to Tietze or Glencoe Park too.
If you want to be close to the fun stuff without having to worry about somehow trying to find a parking spot all the time, the solution is clear—just move in.
